The First 90 Days Express is a focused, three-session leadership acceleration program for leaders navigating a new role. Whether you're newly promoted or joining a new organization, this open enrollment experience equips you with the structure, coaching, and peer support to thrive—right from the start. Developed by Dr. Michael Watkins and grounded in the trusted methodology of The First 90 Days®, this program has helped millions of leaders successfully navigate their transitions.
Over the course of three days, participants will engage in 12 hours of interactive plenary sessions. Following each plenary, participants will take part in facilitated group coaching. In addition, each participant will receive three individual 45-minute coaching sessions scheduled after the plenary sessions, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the program.

Who is First 90 Days Express (FNDX) designed for?
FNDX is designed for leaders who are starting—or have recently started—a new role within three months of the cohort start date.
How is FNDX different from your other programs or services?
FNDX includes the same program and content as our existing First 90 Days offering. The difference is delivery. This program is typically offered to cohorts within a single company. First 90 Days Express makes that same group experience available to individuals across organizations.
How does your team determine if someone is a good fit?
We review applications to ensure participants are in a new role or starting a new role close to the cohort start date. We also consider experience level to create peer groups with similar backgrounds and experiences.
When will I hear back after applying?
You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your application. Our team will review applications within 2–3 business days. After review, you will either be invited to enroll and complete payment or notified if you are not accepted.
Is there a limit to how many participants are accepted?
Yes. To keep the program engaging and impactful, enrollment is limited. Once capacity is reached, the application process will close.
